The Energy Peformance Certificates (EPCs) have been completed by the Government accredited assessor and they have given the highest rating ever achieved in the Farnham area, an exciting grade A to the North and South Blocks.

The Department for Energy and Climate Change have confirmed that they are committed to the Renewable Heat Incentive, first mooted in the 2008 Energy Act. The final details will be available only after the Spending Review is complete and announced in the Budget 2010. The proposals call for biomass boilers installed after July 2009 to receive a payment equal to 9.0p per kWh per year for 15 years, starting April 2011. These payments will go towards significantly reducing the Service Charge budget for all occupiers at Carlton Yard.

Fitout works have started after considerable consultation with each of the purchasers. These extended discussions have allowed the correct choices to be made for each use, without the purchasers having to accept compromises on already completed space.
